GroundScope and Concur launch new SMB program

Strategic partnership expands on current enterprise solution between the two companies, expanding GroundScope’s leading ground transportation network to Concur’s SMB clients.

GroundScope HQ, January 25, 2017 – GroundScope, the pioneer of managed ground transportation, today announced an expansion of their strategic partnership with the world’s leading provider of integrated travel and expense management solutions, Concur, launching a new SMB program.  As part of the partnership, Concur’s small and medium-sized business customers will now have access to GroundScope’s global network of global service providers.

GroundScope’s network is backed by a strict Duty-of-Care standard, with service providers thoroughly vetted and proven to deliver safe and reliable rides. Duty-of-Care, along with aggressive pricing, is a major benefit for any company looking to fully manage an often unmanaged category of travel, while supporting the needs and security of their travellers.

The GroundScope/Concur partnership has experienced significant growth through the years for enterprise clients and now, Concur’s SMB clients will be able to opt into booking safe and reliable rides for competitive prices, greatly improving their ground transportation experience.

Once opted into GroundScope through Concur, all rides will be seamlessly booked and compliant with established Concur policies.  SMB’s will also have the option of moving into the GroundScope enterprise model as they expand, which offers the same benefits alongside additional offerings and customization.

“This expansion in our strategic partnership with Concur showcases our commitment to them and providing an industry-leading travel ecosystem. We’re excited to help Concur’s SMB customers in the same way we have been helping their enterprise clients – while at the same time continuing to grow our valued relationship with Concur” said John McCallion CEO of GroundScope.

Dafydd Llewellyn, managing director at UK SMB & Nationals at Concur, added: “The work that GroundScope has done with our enterprise clients has been exemplary, so it’s fantastic that we can now offer the same benefits to our SMB customers. It’s an important addition to our growing ecosystem of partners within the travel sector, and I’m looking forward to working alongside GroundScope to deliver industry-leading ground transport solutions.”
