We provide a professional consultancy approach

We enjoy identifying and solving our clients' most critical and challenging ground transport problems. We take an independent and fact-based view of a client’s ground transport travel requirements and use our skills and expertise to make recommendations based on these facts which deliver clients cost savings , bring their ground transport spend under control and deliver improved service levels across their business. Wherever possible we provide innovative solutions which deliver clients tangible cost saving and service benefits.

We work in partnership with you to meet your requirements

We work in partnership with our clients to develop solutions that meet their individual requirements. Once the individual client service specification is agreed GroundScope are responsible for implementing the service which includes training service partners and bookers. At all times the client remains in control of the service specification, the service partners being used and the pricing policy.

On a daily basis we strive to deliver a proactive service to clients to ensure that we identify and resolve service issues before they become a problem. As a business we have a very detailed, process driven management approach to implementing any new client and service partner or making any changes or improvements to our service.

GroundScope’s service partner neutral network brings together corporate clients and ground transport service providers across the globe.

We operate ground transportation management services for large corporate clients and manage client bookings, co-ordinate billing and payment and manage relationships with service partners.

Access to a worldwide client base

With corporate travel growing year on year, clients are requiring ground transport services in more cities across the world. As a GroundScope service provider, you have access to this market. Corporate clients based in your country and overseas, making bookings in your region will be routed through GroundScope’s platform to you. Having a centralised booking reduces the costs of administering bookings and of generating new business.

Quality of service

Easy to implement and manage

Run on a Windows operating system, the platform is simple to implement and support from an IT perspective. There is no charge to join the service and no fees or ongoing access charges once you become a GroundScope accredited service partner.
